Membership to the Texas Jomsborgelag
Membership to the Texas Jomsborgelag requires the dedication of all warriors. We are part of an Elite Viking Army and thus we have set our standards high. Remember that we are only as strong as our weakest member.

The Styrsman has ultimate authority on Elag Membership.
You will be required to fulfull the obligations below before you are inducted into the Elag.
For Warriors of the Texas Elag:
- Attend 75% of all weekly practices in a 9 month period.
- Attend at least one major training event during that 9 month period.
- Take part in at least one major show or demo where fighting is a main attraction during that 9 month period.
- Have proper basic kit for event. A fighter does not need sword, helm and amour. A shield, spear or axe, and basic kit suffice.
- Abide by the Bylaws stated in The Constitution of the Drengr, Training, Authenticity, and Events.
New members will swear an oath to the Jarls Ulf Erik and Einar of the Jomsviking Army, and to the Styrsman of the Texas Elag.
